Currency

  • All payments are processed in Swedish kronor (SEK) .
  • If you are purchasing from another country, your bank or payment provider may charge additional exchange or transaction fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Security & data protection

  • Our webshop uses SSL encryption to protect your payment and personal information.
  • We do not store or have access to your full card details. All payments are handled directly by secure third-party providers.

Payment approval

  • Payment is made when you complete your purchase.
  • When choosing Klarna or other financing options, the payment terms apply directly from the supplier. Please read their terms and conditions before choosing this option.

Order confirmation

  • Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email with details of your purchase.
  • If the payment is not approved or fails, the order will not be confirmed.

Taxes & duties

  • All prices on our website are listed including Swedish VAT (value added tax) .
  • For deliveries outside Sweden, local duties, taxes or fees may apply depending on the recipient country's regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Failed or declined payments

  • If your payment fails or is declined, please check your payment details or contact your bank/payment provider.
  • You can also try another payment method from the list above.

Refunds

  • Refunds are always made to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
