Guarantee
1. Scope of the warranty
Nordwatch offers a two-year warranty on all products. The warranty means that we are responsible for any functional or material defects that occur during this period.

The warranty applies to defects not caused by the consumer, such as manufacturing defects or other defects that were present upon delivery.

During the warranty period, the defect is assumed to be original (unless we can prove that the consumer caused it), which follows from Section 21 of the Consumer Sales Act .
For warranty matters, contact info@nordwatch.se , please include your order number (#XXXX), name, address, phone number, reason and attach a video or picture of the problem. The order must be covered by a valid warranty (2 years from purchase).
2. What is included in the warranty?
In the event of a fault during the warranty period, Nordwatch offers one of the following remedies according to Section 27 of the Consumer Sales Act :

Repair of the product.

Exchange for a new or equivalent product.

Price reduction if repair or replacement is not possible.

Cancellation of the purchase and full refund if the problem is extensive and cannot be resolved.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply if the fault is caused by:

Careless handling, wear and tear or damage not related to manufacturing defects.

Normal battery wear. However, we offer a battery replacement service at cost price when the warranty is no longer valid.

Cosmetic damage such as scratches, nicks or dents.

Damage caused by accidents, abuse, sauna, jacuzzi, flood, fire, natural events or other external influences.

Repair or service performed by unauthorized party.

Modification or alteration of the product without our written permission.

Connection to incorrect or unapproved power and data cables.
Nordwatch also reserves the right to refuse warranty claims for products that have been used in violation of applicable laws.
Right of complaint (3 years)
In addition to the warranty, you as a consumer have a three-year right of complaint under Swedish law.
1. Terms and Conditions

During the first six months after purchase, the burden of proof lies with Nordwatch to show that the defect was not original.

After six months, the burden of proof lies with the consumer according to Section 20a of the Consumer Sales Act .

The defect must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery (usually within two months).
2. Seller's actions
If your complaint is approved, you have the right to repair, replacement, price reduction or cancellation of the purchase, according to Section 26 of the Consumer Purchase Act .
Denied warranty or claim
1. Warranty denied
Nordwatch may deny warranty if we can show that the defect is due to the consumer's handling, accidents or other external influences (Section 21 of the Consumer Sales Act).
2. Denied complaint
After six months, a complaint may be denied if we can show that the defect did not exist at the time of purchase or that the consumer caused it (Section 20a of the Consumer Sales Act).
Appeal
If you are not satisfied with our decision, you can contact the Swedish National Complaints Board (ARN) for review. This provides the opportunity for a solution without going to court.
